Kit and Jeff's Nebraska wedding was amazing. It was held at the Lied Lodge in Nebraska City, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect autumn day. There was wonderful cloud cover (though the sun peaked out for a little while at the perfect time), the trees were beginning to change, and there was a little briskness to the air. We started out at the lodge where the couple was getting dressed, and then we took photos separately on the terrace and grounds around the lodge. The ceremony was held near some old barns and was decorated beautifully. While we took the couple and wedding party around for photos after the ceremony, the guests enjoyed a cocktail hour in one of the barns. Then back to the lodge for a night of dancing, cupcakes, dinner, and fun!
The bride rode to the ceremony with her dad on a horse-drawn carriage. So cool.
Riding away from the ceremony on the carriage:
Congrats Kit & Jeff! I was honored to be a part of your day! Hope you're having a great time in Costa Rica. :)
The rest of Kit & Jeff's photos will be available online in 3-5 weeks. Please send me an email at gina@gingerootstudios.com to be notified when they're up.
